Good evening, everyone!

I’m sorry that you weren’t able to make tonight’s meeting at Panera Bread.  It was very informative.  Shirley started out by reminding us of the incentive trip to
Hawaii.  Everyone you sponsor brings you a little closer to earning that trip.  If you want to learn more about earning your points, how many points you need, etc.,
please get with me and we’ll set a date to meet.  So far, Bob and I have 64 of our 300 points.  We have a long way to go and a short time to get there.  Check your
Paradise tracker to see how many points you have accumulated.

Next, Shirley introduced her daughter Sherry.  Sherry and her husband, Bryan, earned enough points for the incentive trip – a cruise to the Caribbean.  St.
Thomas, St. Maarten, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and one other island, I can’t remember.  Anyway, during the trip they had an opportunity to talk with several Shaklee
Master Coordinators.  To sum up their conversations, there were three specific points they all agreed on.

1.        When you are talking to a new prospect, don’t talk about yourself or your business until you have asked them at least 7 questions (and “How are you”
doesn’t count!).  As them about their family, their job, what they like to do for fun, and perhaps, about their future and retirement plans.  Usually once you get a
conversation going, it’s easy to come up with the questions.  But limit yourself to asking seven questions before you really talk about yourself or your business.  If
they ask you a question about you or your business before you reach your seven questions, answer the question and say, “But let’s get back to” and whatever
topic you were previously discussing.  In the end, they will be dying to know what you do for a living and how they can get started, too.

2.        When someone asks what they NEED to do to get started, tell them simply “DO (whatever they should do)”.  The idea is to change the words “You NEED to”
do (whatever) to “You WILL do”, because in order to be successful they MUST do the activities that will bring them closer to their goal.  As Sherry told us it was
explained to her, NEEDing to do something is more of a negative.  Change these words around to a positive.  It’s actually very hard to do this.  I’m always saying “I
need to get started on this project”.  The more positive approach is “I’m getting started on this project on Monday.”  Set a date or time to begin and when the time
comes, do it.  Don’t put it off.  Do the activity and move on to the next.

3.        I learned something new tonight about our Shaklee web sites.  First, understand that there is a difference between the Shaklee Personal Web Site (PWS)
and the site that you log into.  The one you log into is the web site that you place your orders, check your PV, points you’ve earned, read information from the
Shaklee home office, access Shaklee University and so much more.  The Shaklee PWS is the web site that you send your prospects to, or those that just want to
order as a guest.  This is the site where you prospects, member or distributor, can learn more about Shaklee as a company and the many Shaklee products.

Now, with your PWS you also receive three additional web sites.  In the following list I’ve inserted the name we chose to use for our web site when we first started
our PWS.  Please substitute your web site name.

www.cinchplan.com/natural_solutions  -  Cinch inch loss program
www.shaklee.net/natural_solutions/getclean - Get Clean cleaners
www.projectmahma/natural_solutions - Project MAHMA (Moms At Home Making a difference…. And a lot of money

Remember, in each instance you replace “natural_solutions” and insert your own web site name.  The one I didn’t know about was the last, Project MAHMA, web
site.  This is great when you are working with moms who would like to stay home with their kids AND still make a difference in other people’s lives and the
environment.  Take a look at it.  I love the web site

Now, each one of these sites are linked to your PWS.  The problem (and confusion) comes in telling your prospect that you have four different web sites they can
take a look at depending upon which one they may be interested in.  Sherry said that one of the master coordinators explained how to relieve this confusion:
create a web site of your own that contains links to each of these sites with a brief description.  She talked about the steps she is taking to make this happen.

About a year ago I started working on just such a web site.  I invite you to take a look at this web site and, please, give me your opinion.

I’ve included the web sites that are linked to my PWS.  I have various pages, one for customers, one that talks About Us (similar to the one on your PWS), and I
have our Newsletters page.  I’m working on a Team page for all distributors in our organization.  This page will contain updates and links to valuable information to
keep you going in your business between meetings.  It is a work in progress, but contains the essential information all on one web site that links everything to my
PWS.

Is this duplicatable?  YES!  And, you don’t have to pay an expensive web designer to use this information.  I pay $18 per year for the domain name, and $11.99
per month (less if you don’t want e-mail) for Yahoo to host it.  There is a free web designer that is downloadable.  If you are interested in setting one up for
yourself, please call me and I’ll help you with this.  Is purchasing your own domain and maintaining your own web site necessary to conduct business?  Absolutely
not.  It is merely a suggestion and we’re here to offer you the suggestions.  Ultimately, you choose to use those that fit best into your method and budget of doing
business.

I hope that this information was helpful.  I’m sorry it was so long, but I wanted to be sure to get it all in.  Shirley closed the meeting (which, by the way, went from 6:
30 to 7:30, or 6-7:30 if you want to eat something before the meeting).  She mentioned that she would be offering a training class on Monday evenings at the
Panera Bread (it’s in the Publix shopping center on Village Blvd., just north of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.).  You are welcome to attend if Monday night works for you.

If Monday doesn’t work for you, I am setting up classes here in my home until I can find an alternate location.  I’m calling them classes because they will be learning
sessions on topics you need to conduct and grow your business.  I’m working out the details, but as of now the classes will be offered twice a month (more often if
the need arises).  And, I’ll schedule them on two different days of the week.  For example, the first week of the month will be on a Tuesday, and the third week of
the month will be on a Thursday.  Pick the day that best suits your schedule.  The same material will be covered on both days.  The key here is to participate.  I’ve
said it before, if you want to grow your Shaklee business, you need attend the continuing education classes.

Please let me know if you have any questions on any of the above information.  AND, I look forward to your comments and suggestions on the web site.
