Good morning, Shaklee team!
I hope this e-mail finds you all doing well, living life, and having fun! Have you read the e-mail on Red Feb from Pat Hintze I sent you? If not, you need to read
through it. Last month his TEAM signed up 600 new members! How did they do it?
Well, he’s a Master Coordinator. In order to be a Master Coordinator (the highest rank in Shaklee) you need to have a minimum of 6 Business Leaders (that’s
director and above). Bob and I are directors and have 203 members and distributors in our organization. If 100 of those members and distributors sponsored or
referred just one new person to Shaklee, we’d have 100 new members.
So, it’s very easy for Pat’s team to bring 600 new members to Shaklee. Each one of his business leaders sets a goal for the month. They might say that in this 30
days our team is going to sponsor 100 new members, that’s 3.33333 people (let’s say 4) per day. How many people do they have to talk to in order to sign 4
people a day? Well, you know it’s more than one or two.
My question to you is “how many people have you talked about Shaklee to today?” Two? Three? And, if they didn’t sign up or place an order, did you stop there
or ask them if they knew anyone who would be interested in learning more about helping the environment? Or feeling better?
How would you open a conversation with them? “If you could do just one thing to make a difference in the world, what would it be?” Wait for their response. Apply
Shaklee’s opportunity, products, or Shaklee’s philosophy to the response. Now, ask yourself the same question. And then ask yourself, “Am I taking the steps I
need to take to achieve my goal?”
If the answer to that question is no, we need to talk. Let us help you take those baby steps. If you take just one step towards your goal every day, imagine what
you will have accomplished in 30 days! That’s all any Master Coordinator in Shaklee has ever done.
And it all comes from doing just one thing…. Every day!
