I can't believe January is over already! Man, that was fast! And like a true BLUE I did not want the party to end!! We had an INCREDIBLY FUN month with over 600
NEW Members and Distributors joining our team in the first month of 2008!! GREAT job to everyone and welcome to all our new colorful friends!
We started a four month Colors series back in November focusing on YELLOW personality types, followed by some GREEN thoughts during December. January
was full of fun with BLUE notes, thoughts and ideas which has now brought us to our FEBRUARY RED personality focus!!
So, in that spirit of our RED brothers and sisters, we have no time for idle chit-chat or non-productive, wishy washy, feel good, pansy-wansy speak! Here are the
basics of a true RED personality type:
REDS bring a long list of great attributes to the party, they are: Relentless, resourceful, self reliant, determined, driven, decisive, goal oriented, focused and
committed! RED personalities move forcefully through life in virtually every situation. REDS bring an attitude that says: "Lead, Follow, or Get out of the way!"
Interestingly our business of Networking has many REDS that reach the very top levels of success and income! Mainly due to the list of assets I just pointed out!
HOWEVER, many more RED personality types never scratch the surface of their potential in our business (actually most never even join) because with every list of
assets there comes a list of liabilities!!
REDS can be demanding and critical, incensitive and selfish, disagreeable and impatient, insecure and uncoachable...(is that enough? :-)) Oh ya, did I mention
that a RED ALWAYS NEEDS TO BE RIGHT!? :-)
The thing that I love about REDS is that of all the personality colors they are the easiest to identify! There is usually not a lot of guess work involved here. In fact, a
RED will actually identify themselves as a RED! Even if they don't believe in all this 'personality color crap!' :-)
Which, ironically is the perfect start for our purposes because in order to become better communicators with others it starts with a better understanding of
ourselves!! So, for all my RED friends out there and those who have solid RED people in our lifes circle (and we all do!) February isgoing to be a very powerful
month of discovery and personal development... WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!
